Intercooler hose kit with 50mm Tial valve from RIVA Racing for Seadoo brand watercraft, model 215/230/260 from 2013 to 2017

This kit dramatically improves the performance and reliability of your intercooling system. This is an essential upgrade for all racing and recreational performance boats.

Key features include:

Direct replacement for factory rubber hoses found in the charge piping system. Compatible with OEM and RIVA intercoolers.
High strength multi-layer silicone hoses will not swell under pressure like original soft rubber hoses.
Provides improved throttle response and reliability with significantly increased resistance to heat and bursting.
Nominal boost pressure of 40 PSI.
Includes aircraft grade non-perforated clamps designed to reduce the risk of boost leaks with increased connection strength and reduced hose slippage.
TiAL Blow Off Valve: Improves compressor reliability and performance by relieving unwanted pressure during throttleless operation. Reduces wear on compressor clutch and gears and eliminates heat absorption in the discharge tube. The body and all internal components are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum alloy. It features a large 1.98 in. (50.5 mm) valve. The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp provides a very clean and unique appearance. The clamp uses stainless steel hardware for a durable and corrosion-free appearance. The valve seal uses a Viton O-ring that is clamped in place for maximum durability. The valve stem and guide are Teflon lubricated and hard anodized for added wear resistance. The blow off valve also comes with our own machined aluminum banjo bolt and air fitting, with an oversized 10mm barbed fitting for quick actuator response.

NOTE: Installation of the GTR 215 requires a RIVA Sea-Doo “GEN-3” electric cooler (RS1752-PC-I) installed on top of the jet pump inside the hull.
