RIVA blow-off valve kit 50mm / 8 PSI (08+)

Tialsport Q-series blow-off valve kit from RIVA Racing in 50mm / 8 PSI for Yamaha and Seadoo jet skis equipped with a compressor.

Improves compressor reliability and performance by relieving unwanted pressure during throttle-free operation.

Reduces wear on the compressor clutch and gears and eliminates heat absorption in the discharge tube.

The body and all internal components are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum alloy.

Features a large 50mm valve. V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp provides secure and clean mounting.

The clamp uses stainless steel hardware for a durable, corrosion-free appearance. The valve seal uses a Viton O-ring that is tightened in place for maximum durability.

The valve stem and guide are Teflon lubricated and hard anodized for wear resistance. The blow off valve also comes with our own machined aluminum banjo style air fitting and bolt with an oversized 10mm barb fitting for fast actuator response. INCLUDES 8 PSI SPRING (WHITE).

The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp gives a very clean and unique appearance. The clamp uses stainless steel hardware for a durable, corrosion-free appearance.
The valve seal uses a Viton O-ring that is tightened in place to prevent any possibility of sticking to the seat and coming off. The stem and valve guide are Teflon lubricated and hard anodized for added wear resistance.
