  How to choose the size of your helmet?

  The size should be taken just above the ears, and measure the circumference of the head with a centimeter.

  Measure your head circumference about 2.5 cm above your eyebrows. Your ears should also fit into the helmet! If you are hesitating between 2 sizes, always take the smaller size. The helmet should always be tight on your cheeks at first, the pads always end up packing down.

  It generally takes 1 month to feel comfortable in a new helmet!
